Applications for the “112-2 Hu Han-Wen Memorial Scholarship Fund” are now open. Students who wish to apply, please prepare all required documents and submit them to the small refrigerator at the department office.

✨ Application Steps:

Step 1: Print out the application form (available in the announcement document).
Step 2: Prepare all required supporting documents for your selected scholarship type.
→ This includes Attachment 7, a copy of your bankbook, etc.
→ If applying for Academic Excellence, please print your transcript from the “Yun-Chi Payment Kiosk” (original or copy both accepted).

Step 3: Double-check that your application is complete and accurate before submission.
Step 4: Submit all documents in a folder and place it in the small refrigerator at the Future & LOHAS Department Office.
