Announcement:
1. February 17, 2015 (Monday) is the first day of the second semester of the 2014 academic year.
2. Academic affairs after the start of the semester are as follows:
(1) Group registration stamp time: Students are requested to apply from February 17 (Monday) to February 21 (Friday). During holidays, there is a holiday work-study service counter in Office 117 of Yunqi Building (Student Service Center) to assist students in the master's program.
(2) Those who need to apply for credit transfer (transfer students, freshmen), please log in to the student system, click on the credit transfer item, enter the subjects and credits to be transferred, and send the credit application form and other information to the course (credit) unit before February 19 (Wednesday) for processing.
(3) The period for adding or dropping courses for this semester is from February 17 (Monday) to February 24 (Monday) at 3:00 p.m.
(IV) Students who meet the following qualifications may apply for course supplementary enrollment from February 25 (Tuesday) to March 3 (Monday):
1. If the selected course is discontinued, you can choose other courses as a replacement;
2. Fresh graduates are missing courses or credits required for graduation;
3. Juniors who decide to do full-year internship or participate in overseas exchange in their senior year;
4. Those whose credits taken in the current semester do not reach the minimum required credits. ;
5. Other special circumstances (reasons should be stated).
(5) Students are requested to log into the student system to confirm their course selection results. The confirmation period is from February 25 (Tuesday) to March 3 (Monday). If there are any errors that need to be corrected, please go to the Academic Affairs Office before the deadline to handle it. If you do not confirm by the deadline, it will be deemed that you agree to the course selection record retained by the Academic Information System and it cannot be modified.
(6) According to Article 5 of the school's "Student Course Selection Regulations", students may apply to drop the courses they have already taken according to the academic affairs calendar. The course drop period for this semester is from April 21 (Monday) to May 9 (Friday). After you give up your application, the credit fee will not be refunded, and the total credits you take must not be less than the minimum credits you need to take. Undergraduate students should go to the student system to handle this, and graduate students must obtain the consent of their supervisor or advising professor (department or institute director) before they can handle this.
