Digital transcripts will be implemented starting from the 2014 academic year

Our school has implemented digitization of transcripts since the 2014 school year.
This will be done based on student suggestions and the resolution of the 4th school affairs meeting of the 112th academic year on June 26, 2014. Starting from this semester (113-1), final paper transcripts will no longer be sent.
  • Allow parents to query grades: After obtaining the student's consent, parents can remind the student to set the query function under "Student System/Grades and Courses/Parents' Grade Query Settings".
  • Parent Care Website: Parents can enter their students’ ID number and date of birth and other information through the Academic Affairs Office homepage/Parent Care Website to check their students’ grades online.
  • If you need to print official transcripts, please go to the "Transcript Printing Automated Payment System" on the first floor of Yunqi Building to apply by coin or go to the Registration and Course Affairs Section of the Academic Affairs Office to apply at the counter.
  • The deadline for teachers to record grades each semester will be based on the school's academic calendar.
  • The deadline for recording grades for the 113-1 semester is as follows:
(1) Bachelor’s degree: before January 17, 2015 (Friday).
(2) Research Institute: Before January 24, 2015 (Friday).
