本系以「健康樂活」為核心，培養具備健康產業與休閒產業雙專長的人才。設有兩大專業學程：一、永續生活學程：學習旅遊規劃、活動設計、環境導覽，成為綠色休閒與永續教育的專業規劃人才。二、輔助療法學程：結合健康促進、輔助療癒及養生照護，培養具備整合式健康服務能力的專業人才。

未來出路：畢業後就業方向多元，可依興趣選擇：
一、健康管理領域：健康顧問、運動指導員、銀髮健康服務員、企業健康推廣人員。
二、休閒旅遊與樂活產業：旅遊規劃師、養生度假村管理、社區健康推廣人員。
三、進修方向：可報考健康管理、休閒管理、永續發展等相關碩博士班，發展學術或高階管理職涯。
