未来发展与职涯进路
以培育实践乐活精神与永续发展的职场就业人才为目标，专业核心学程规划核心素养能力课程、趋势分析基础课程、乐活产业的跨域知能培育课程，以培养洞察力、分析能力与基础专业力；另一方面，随着全球面临的问题日趋复杂，以及发展跨领域的趋势，国家未来需要的人才除了强化专业发展外，更需理解跨领域议题，具备关怀世界、自主学习、分析思辨、系统思考、团队合作、沟通表达的能力。鑑于此，系领域核心及专业学程设计中强调跨域能力的培养，培养学生「跨域加值」能力，透过灵活应用领域互补、理论搭配实务经验进行人才的培育。以下为本系学生未来发展与职涯进路
Career Pathways and Future Development
Graduates of the department will be prepared for diverse and meaningful careers, with pathways including:

• Wellness Consultant
• Fitness and Health Instructor
• Senior Wellness Facilitator
• Corporate Health Promotion Specialis
2. Leisure, Tourism, and LOHAS Industries
• Wellness Travel and Experience Designer
• Health Resort/Retreat Manager
• Community Health and Sustainability Educator
3. Further Education
Graduates may pursue advanced degrees in Health Management, Leisure and Tourism Studies, or Sustainable Development, opening paths in academic research, policymaking, or senior-level management.
